The living room and kitchen are on the second floor, while the bedrooms are on the third floor\. This unit is in a historic 1860s building that has been brought back for a second life\. With lots of south\- and west\-facing windows it gets loads of bright, natural light\.

We're also one of the country's largest intact historic neighborhoods, with an absolutely beautiful stock of charming Italianate architecture \(including this property\!\)\.

Park a 4\-minute walk away in Ziegler Garage and walk everywhere from here\! It's easy to get around on foot, biking, walking, on scooters, Uber, etc\. We're also just minutes' walk from a streetcar stop, which will take you on a loop through most of downtown and Over the Rhine\.
