For our beachgoer guests, the beach entrance to Anna Maria's sandy, white beaches are approximately 40 steps away\. Bean Point Residence Unit B, the lower level of a two\-unit home, offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms\. Modern amenities include stainless steel appliances and up\-to\-date kitchen cabinets\. The eat\-in kitchen, overlooking the family room, creates a welcoming and inclusive space for gatherings and relaxation\. The primary bedroom features a king\-size bed and ensuite\. Bedroom 2 also features a king\-size bed and uses the hallway bathroom\. There's a sleeper sofa for additional accommodations\. Kindly be aware that the pool and outside area is shared with the lower level\.

Walk through the laundry room that houses a washer and dryer and you'll step outside to the backyard that has a large heated pool and spa, perfect after a day at the beach\. There are lounge chairs, a grill, an outdoor dining table and even a ping\-pong table in the garage you can wheel out to enjoy\. Please note that the backyard is a shared space with the upstairs unit, providing a communal area for all the guests\. 

Bean Point Residence Unit B is a great option to be close to the beach, shops and restaurants on Anna Maria Island\.
