## Description
This Bear Crossing town home has a very spacious interior, high\-end finishes throughout and multi\-level floor plan\. The 2,000 square feet offers more than enough space for a group of eight to spread out and take advantage of the great outdoor activities nearby\.
A wonderful 3 bedroom  4 bathroom town home provides guests a feeling of seclusion but still enjoying being close to downtown Winter Park and peek\-a\-boo views of the Continental Divide from the large private deck\.
On the main floor of the unit, an open floor plan includes the kitchen and dining areas\. In the spacious kitchen granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, large breakfast bar with seating for 3 provides a dream for meal preparation\. This area has a separate dining area that overlooks the living room and bonus area in the small alcove with a love seat sofa and access to the main private deck providing mountain views and a wonderful spot to enjoy outdoor dining\.
A few steps down from the main kitchen area, the sunken living room offers high ceilings, gas fireplace, flat screen TV, comfortable furnishings to relax and a second private deck\. There is also a half bathroom on this level\.
The first primary suite is on the upper floor with a king bed, large attached bathroom complete with double vanity, tiled shower enclosure and a wonderful bonus amenity of heated tile flooring\.
The second primary suite on this floor includes a queen bed, en\-suite bathroom with shower and tub combo and heated tile floors\.
The third bedroom has twin bunk beds \(4 beds\) with an ensuite bathroom with heated tile floors\.
On the lower level of the town home is a convenient mudroom off of the garage that has heated floors\.  A great place for all of your ski gear and staging your next adventure\!  This lower level also has a full laundry room\.  
The townhome has a 2 car garage with parking for 1 car outside of the garage for a total of 3 vehicles\. On the free town shuttle route but guests will need to walk 1/8 of a mile to the shuttle stop\. NO air conditioning\. The unit has both in floor and forced air heat\.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED\. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property\. These rules are strictly enforced\. Guests will be fined 200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property\.
