Bear Family Cabin is perfect for everyone\. Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear close to the lake and Village\. This charming cabin is the epitome of a perfect mountain getaway\! 

LIVING SPACE \- Spacious 2400\+ sq ft home with living room, loft, smart TV, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating\. 

ROOMS & BEDS \- 4 bedroom, 3 bath\. Downstairs master bedroom has a king bed, TV, private bath with jet tub, and deck\. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and TV\. Downstairs third bedroom has a queen bed, TV, private bath, and deck\. Downstairs fourth bedroom has queen/twin bunk beds, TV, and private bath\. Upstairs loft has two queen beds and TV\. Extra blankets and pillows are available\.

KITCHEN \- Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove, oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more\.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99\.300 limits maximum occupancy to 10 people \(8 adults max\)\. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person\. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance \- overoccupancy could result in a fine or non\-refundable eviction\.
