Enter into the light and bright open great room with soaring ceilings and a wall of windows to let the beauty of nature shine through\. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight\. With 3 bedrooms and 2\.5 baths there is plenty of room for extended family and friends, and Fido too \(this home is dog friendly\)\. Enjoy that family BBQ on the expansive deck while sipping a cool drink and conversing about the day’s actives\. The Snowflake Lodge Rec Center located right across the street includes a pool, lake, tennis/basketball/volleyball/bocce ball courts, ping pong, shuffleboard, movies at dusk a restaurant and much more\. Stay warm in the winter with central heat \+ a cozy gas log stove and cool in the summer with central air\. With easy access off of Hwy 4 it’s a skier’s dream for a quick escape up the mountain to Bear Valley Ski Resort\. Also located close to Calaveras Big Trees State Park, the Arnold Rim Trail, Lake Alpine, and the charming town of Murphys\! 

Bear House sleeps 10 guests in 3 bedrooms\. Bedroom 1 is the primary suite located on the main level with a King bed and luxurious private bathroom\. Bedroom 2 is located upstairs with a Queen bed\. Bedroom 3 \(kids room\) is also located upstairs with 2 full beds and 2 twins \(bunk/trundle\)\. In addition to the full primary bathroom, there is another full bathroom upstairs off the loft, and a half bath on the main level\. The laundry room is on the main level\.
