•	The home is pet\-friendly, but advance notice is required and additional charges apply\. 
•	The primary renter must be at lease 24 years of age\. 
•	Deck, firepit, and grill may be unavailable during the winter months due to snow\. Snow may also fall from the roof onto the deck\- use caution\. 
•	Propane tanks are filled at the start of the season; if the tank runs out guests are responsible for refilling or exchanging it\. 
•	Four\-wheel drive is highly recommended\. During heavy snow periods, the house may not be accessible without it\. 
•	For your protection and ours, there are cameras in the driveway\. There are no cameras in the living areas\.
