## Description
Front row seats to the bear show\! Relax and unwind staring at the beautiful trees on top of Ski Mountain above Gatlinburg\. This condo has 2 bedrooms for 4 people to sleep \(1 queen, 2 single beds\)\. The living room and bedrooms each have a TV\! You can cook meals in the fully stocked kitchenette\. The master bathroom has a shower/tub combo and the 2nd bathroom is a shower stall\. The living room has cable and Roku streaming and the bedrooms have Roku only\. 

You'll be close to the Sugarlands park entrance and have access to pools and hot tubs\! 

This is a two bedroom condo designed for 4 people to kick back and enjoy the Smokies\.
It is located on the 2nd of 3 floors\. 
NOTE: There are no elevators in this building and complex\. You will need to be mobile enough to use stairs where needed\.

You have your own private wifi with cable TV\. There is a coffee maker\! The wood burning fireplace is available between October 1 and March 31\.
