Bear Splash Adventure is a newly constructed, gorgeous 6\-bedroom, 6\.5\-bathroom cabin rental spanning 4,000 square feet\. Built in 2019 by a trusted local developer, the fully equipped luxury cabin is thoughtfully designed with beautiful wood features indoors and out\. Decks surround two stories and offer breathtaking views of the Smokies, plus an unrivaled spot to sip coffee in the morning or unwind at sunset\.

Located in the Gatlinburg Falls \- Hidden Valley Resort and just 1 mile from the Gatlinburg Parkway, this home rental offers convenient access to a wide range of local amenities\. 

On\-site features include a private, heated indoor gunite pool, a hot tub, an arcade room, flat\-screen TVs throughout, and tasteful, hand\-selected furnishings\.

The main floor of the cabin includes 1 bedroom, 1\.5 bathrooms, a dining area, a kitchen, and a living room\.  The bedroom on this level will feature a king\-size bed, an HDTV, and a private, attached bathroom with a walk\-in shower, double vanity, and a jetted tub\.  The living room also features a large HDTV, an electric fireplace, and a sleeper sofa for added sleeping arrangements\.  The dining room seats 18 at the table and 5 at the bar\.

Upstairs, find the gaming area, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms\. There is also a futon for additional sleeping accommodations\. Bring back the nostalgia and beat your high score on multiple arcades\. Then settle in for the night in any of the 4 bedrooms on this level\. 2 bedrooms offer a King\-size bed and an HDTV, while the remaining 2 bedrooms have a Queen\-size bunk bed\. Two Bedrooms will have a private attached \(tub/shower\) bathroom, one bedroom offers a private attached bathroom with a walk\-in shower, and the last bedroom offers a jack\-n\-jill \(shower\) bathroom conveniently connected to the game area\. 

Downstairs, you will find the remaining bedroom, 1 bathroom, hot tub, 2nd gaming area, and a private indoor pool\!  The bedroom on this level has a queen bunk bed, an HDTV, and a jack\-n\-jill \(shower\) bathroom conveniently connected to the sitting area\.
