The home was completely rebuilt in 2021 with modern amenities and fixtures\. The house features private off street parking, a secluded back deck, 2 full\-sized bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and ample workspaces for guests working from home\.

This home is the ideal solution for guests needing to be close to downtown and in need mid\-term accommodations as they are waiting to close on their new home, finishing construction, visiting Knoxville, or are in the middle of a transition\. 

This quaint home was newly "re\-constructed" in 2021\. The owners kept many of the original pieces in order to preserve the home's original character\.  You will notice the hardwood flooring & many of the doors are original to the home, while updating areas such as kitchen and bathrooms with modern touches and amenities to make your experience as comfortable as possible\. 

Master bedroom includes king sized bed, en\-suite bathroom, workspace, custom closet system, and walk\-out deck\. 

Guest bedroom consists of Queen sized bed, custom closet system, and access to full bathroom across the hallway\. 

There are 2 entrances to the home that have keyless entry for your convenience\. Other amenities include High speed internet, Smart TV, full sized washer/dryer, and outdoor seating on front porch and back deck\. 

There is a 30 night minimum stay at this property\.

Guests will have access to the entire home\. Parking is available for 2 vehicles, but a 3rd may be permitted on the street temporarily is having company\. We would recommend driving to most places, but there are many places that are walkable if willing to venture out a little over 0\.5 mile\.

Professional management provided by Halo Hospitality\. We offer guests their space and privacy, but are nearby should anything come up during your stay\.

The home is just 5 minute to UT campus, and 8 Minutes to downtown Knoxville\. The area of Beardan is home to boutique shopping, a Fresh Market Grocery Store, and several highly rated dining options such as the Farmacy & Harvest\-Land Sea & Vine\. The Golden Roast Coffee shop, and Albright Brewing Co\. are just down the road, as well as a staples such as Starbucks, Kroger, and Panera Bread\.

The Knoxville Greenway system is accessible by walking or Bike \(0\.25 mile away\) and connects to over 85 miles of paved city trails throughout Knoxville\.
