As for the community rules, there is a strict 3 car maximum policy for registered guests to each home, which includes daily visitors\. All clubhouse amenities are included in your stay\. Daily visitors are not allowed to use the clubhouse amenities, only guests staying on property\.\*\*\*\*Please note, Windsor Hills has scheduled the clubhouse pool resurfacing September 1st\- October 6th 2024\. Water park will be opened during this time\*\*\*\*
