Proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head, 74 Ocean Breeze is a beautifully redecorated two\-bedroom, two\-and\-a\-half\-bath villa that offers spacious comfort and a bright, uplifting coastal feel\. Ideally located just a short walk from the beach, this inviting retreat places you close to everything—three on\-site pools, a recently resurfaced hard court tennis court, and the popular shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza\.

The open living area features comfortable seating, a flat\-screen TV, and a sofa that converts to a queen\-size sleeper, perfect for accommodating children\. The updated kitchen is equipped with new appliances and a convenient breakfast bar, flowing seamlessly into the dining area with seating for four—ideal for relaxed meals after a day at the beach\.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, and a private full bathroom\. The second bedroom features a twin\-over\-full bunk bed with a twin trundle and its own private bathroom, making it a great option for families\. A stackable washer and dryer are also located on the second level for added convenience\.

Guests will enjoy complimentary WiFi, TVs in every bedroom, an electric grill on the back deck, four beach chairs, and four adult aluminum bikes from South Beach Cycles\. The community pools are open seasonally from April through October\. This villa is also pet friendly, allowing up to two well\-behaved dogs for an additional fee, so your four\-legged family members can join in on the fun\.
