Beautiful apartment located on the 12nd floor on Tides with sea view fully renovated and equipped with all you need for your vacations\. High\-speed wifi, 2 queen beds, and 1 sofa bed\.

Big and fully equipped kitchen\. Ideal for 4 guests \(6 max\.\)

Tides Amenities: Pool, GYM, valet parking, Mini Market, bar, and more\.

Things to know:
\- One\-time payment FOB charge of $30 \(a key is given to you\. If lost, report it to the front desk\)
\- Pets are not allowed\.
\- Valet Parking: $100USD per week / 2 weeks \- $125USD / 3 weeks \- $150USD / 4  weeks \- $175 USD\.
\- Package reception is $7\.
\- A laundry card will be left inside the apartment\. In case it is lost, you can buy a replacement directly at the front desk, where you can also recharge it\.
