The minute you step inside this beautifully designed vacation home, you’ll be met with sweeping views of Lake Travis in a luxurious, light\-filled, open\-concept living space\. The house is newly renovated and includes a brand\-new chef’s kitchen, huge island, and living/dining area that is great for everything from quiet dinners to extravagant holiday meals\. The large upper and lower decks are perfect for extending the indoor space outdoors, for your breakfast coffee, and gathering outside for incredible sunsets\. The pool is gorgeous and built with the kiddos in mind, with safety gates making this home ideal for families, as well as romantic getaways or spending quality time with friends\. The game room is equipped for adults and kids alike, with a pool table, ping pong, and shuffleboard\!

\* This house sleeps 12, plus two high\-end Murphy beds built into the living room, which allows you to spread out even more\!

Outdoor spaces are not available for use from 10 PM to 7 AM

HOUSE LIMITATIONS: While we love to celebrate special occasions, the property does not operate as a venue\. Reservations are for accommodations only\. No guests under 25 \(without parent or legal guardian\)\. No Bachelor parties\. No smoking anywhere on the premises\.

There is an additional fee and damage deposit required for dogs\. There are also weight and breed restrictions\. Limit 2 dogs\.
