## Description
Our space is a beautifully restored historic ballroom that inhabits the entire third floor of this 1800's downtown building\. It's a rare find that's both historic and one\-of\-a\-kind\. You will now find 3 separate bedrooms, all with queen beds\. One of the bedrooms is a loft style room that overlooks the ballroom, which is now open concept kitchen, dining and living area\. You will find one full bathroom and another half bathroom\. There are also two separate work spaces in the apartment\.

There are 3 TV's, each equipped with a Roku \- they each have a Netflix account, YouTube account, and several other apps that are available for use\. We do not have traditional cable TV\.

Located in the heart of Historic Downtown Marietta, the area is surrounded by charming shops, restaurants and attractions\. Our apartment is within walking distance of it all\.

Most everything is walkable\. We do include a numbered parking space in the parking lot across from the apartment\.
