## Description
This ground floor condo has updated throughout and is located in building 1 which is close to the shuttle stop on Highway 40 and an easy walk to the clubhouse\. 
There is hardwood flooring throughout main living area with a large comfortable sectional sofa for you to enjoy watching the flat screen tv and gas fireplace and an extra set of windows to brighten your stay\. This unit provides high speed internet a remote school and/or business center setup to help you stay connected\. The patio allows you to walk right off the backside of the condo into the woods\. 
In dining area are large table offers bench seating and a forest view\.  Moose, deer and fox often can be seen out this window\! This area is adjacent to the kitchen with slate tiled flooring, solid wood cabinets, new black appliances to match the new black granite counter tops and a custom center island in case you want a buffet style meal\.   
A king bed with new furnishing, flat screen TV and en\-suite bathroom that has also been renovated with dual vanity and tiled shower enclosure complete the primary bedroom\.
The second bedroom offers a queen bed with access to the second full bathroom in the main hallway\.  NO air conditioning\. 
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi\-Fi access\.  Meeting room and self\-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee\.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED\. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property\. These rules are strictly enforced\. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property\.
