This first floor unit is situated in a building near the clubhouse and the complimentary town shuttle stop, providing all the amenities  you need for your Colorado getaway\. It boasts a spacious kitchen, open floor plan with a living room and separate dining area\. 
The updated kitchen showcases hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and wood cabinets with two seating areas at the breakfast bar\.  A special feature of this unit is the stacked washer and dryer tucked away in a small nook next to the kitchen\.
The attractive decor in the primary living space provides an ideal setting for relaxation, with the gas fireplace, flat screen TV and entrance to the secluded patio\. A modernized dining section accommodates up to 4 individuals\.
The primary bedroom features a luxurious queen bed and a renovated bathroom with dual vanity sinks\. The second bedroom is equipped with two double beds and guests have access to the updated hallway bathroom\.  Please note that there is no air conditioning available\. 
A parking pass is necessary for this unit \- limited to one per unit\.
The clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, a laundry facility, a lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi\-Fi access\.  Additionally, there is a meeting room and a self\-catering kitchen area that can be rented for a fee\.
Guests are not allowed to bring pets or smoke on the property as per the Homeowner Association rules\. These regulations are rigorously upheld, and any guests found violating them will be subject to a 200 fine per day\.
