## Description
The attractive furniture in the primary living space provides an excellent area to unwind, appreciate the gas fireplace, flat screen TV and entrance to the secluded patio\. A modernized dining space accommodates seating for four individuals\.
The renovated kitchen features hardwood flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and wooden cabinets with seating for two at the breakfast bar\.  Additionally, a stacked washer and dryer are conveniently located in a small alcove next to the kitchen\.
The unit is situated on the first level of the structure, in proximity to both the clubhouse and the complimentary town shuttle pick\-up point\. 
The primary bedroom features a luxurious queen bed and a renovated bathroom with two separate vanity sinks\.  
A parking pass is necessary for this unit \- limited to one per unit\.
The clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, a laundry facility, a lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi\-Fi access\.  Additionally, there is a meeting room and a self\-catering kitchen area that can be rented for a fee\.
Guests are not allowed to bring pets or smoke on the property as per the Homeowner Association rules\. These regulations are rigorously upheld, and any guests found violating them will be subject to a $200 fine per day\.
