## Description
Unit 514 at Beaver Village Condos in downtown Winter Park is a charming 2 bedroom 2 bathroom garden level end unit with additional windows and enhanced privacy\.
Enhance the main living room open floor plan with new flooring, an updated kitchen and modern furnishings\.  Relax by the gas fireplace on the comfortable sectional sofa\. This space features a large flat screen TV, and opens up to a private patio overlooking the forest\.
The kitchen features recently installed cabinets and countertops, modern appliances and updated lighting fixtures\.  The dining space can accommodate four individuals at the table, with two extra seats available at the breakfast bar\.
The primary bedroom features a King bed with updated furniture and a newly remodeled en\-suite bathroom complete with double sinks and tiled shower\.
The second bedroom, equipped with a queen on bottom and another queen on top, is designated as the captain’s bunk\.  This room also has access to a second full bathroom located in the main hallway\.  Unfortunately there is no air conditioning available in this space\.
The clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, a laundry facility, a lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi\-Fi access\.  Additionally, there is a meeting room and a self\-catering kitchen area that can be rented for a fee\.
Guests are not allowed to bring pets or smoke on the property as per the Homeowner Association rules\. These regulations are rigorously upheld, and any guests found violating them will be subject to a 200 fine per day\.
