## Description
This one bedroom condo has a mountain theme accents with personal touches making for a perfect spot to rent for families or a couples\.
The solid hardwood flooring in the dining room which will seat 4 to 6 people comfortably, for additional seating try using the kitchen counter that doubles as an extra eating place\.  The kitchen offers lots of counter top space for easy meal preparation, has painted cabinets, newer appliances and the same hardwood flooring found in the dining area\.
A queen sofa sleeper in the living room provides an additional two pillows so that 6 people are able to share this condo for their vacation rental\.  Enjoy the gas fireplace, cable TV and access to the private deck from the main living area\.  The unit is on the second floor of the building so guests will have a view of the Winter Park Ski Resort\.  NO air conditioning\.
King bed in the primary bedroom with flat screen TV and full bathroom with dual vanities\.  
Shuttle service on the free town shuttle is a few steps from the condo and only a short walk to the main clubhouse on the property\.
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi\-Fi access\.  Meeting room and self\-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee\.
