## Description
Whether you’re here for skiing or to bask in the beautiful summer weather, our location is unbeatable\.  We are just a short walk from downtown Winter Park and approximately two miles from the Winter Park Resort\. 
This two bedroom two bath condo on the second floor offers all the amenities you need, including a private deck with views of the Winter Park Resort\.  The living area provides easy access to the deck, where you can unwind and take in the scenery, as well as enjoy the gas fireplace and flat screen TV\.  Additionally, there is a queen sofa sleeper in this area for any extra guests\.
The kitchen comes complete with cooking utensils, dishes, pots, pans, a coffee maker, microwave and seating for 2 at the breakfast bar\.  The adjoining dining area accommodates 6 people and is connected to the main living space\. There is no air conditioning 
The primary bedroom features a King bed, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom\.  The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a TV\.  Another full bathroom is located in the main hallway\. 
The condominium is located in building number 6 within the 5 to 9 cul\-de\-sac, just a brief stroll away from the clubhouse\. Additionally, the complimentary town shuttle stop is situated close by\.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi\-Fi access\.  Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self\-catering kitchen area for a fee\.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association\.  These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them\.
