If you are here to ski or enjoy the beautiful summer weather our location cannot be beaten \- we are within a short walk to downtown Winter Park and about two miles to the Winter Park Resort\. 
You will have everything you need in this room with a private full bathroom attached, on the second floor\.
This room is in building 6 of the 5 to 9 cul\-de\-sac only a short walk to the clubhouse\.  The free town shuttle stop is also nearby\. No air conditioning is available in the room\.
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi\-Fi access\.  Meeting room and self\-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee\.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED\. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property\. These rules are strictly enforced\. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property\.
