This condominium features one bedroom, one bathroom and is equipped with all the necessary amenities\. It is located on the second floor and includes a private deck with views of the Winter Park Resort\.  The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dishes, pots, pans, a coffee maker, microwave and has seating for two at the breakfast bar\.
The dining area next to it can accommodate up to six individuals and is connected to the primary living space\. Accessible from the living area, the deck offers a comfortable spot to unwind and appreciate the scenery, along with a gas fireplace and flat screen TV\.  Additionally, there is a queen sofa sleeper in this space for any additional guests who may require a place to sleep\. 
The primary bedroom features a King\-sized bed, a flat screen TV and full bathroom\.  Please note that there is no air conditioning available\.  
This condominium is located in building 6 of the 5 to 9 cul\-de\-sac, just a brief stroll from the clubhouse\. Additionally, the complimentary town shuttle stop is in close proximity, making downtown easily accessible on foot\. 
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi\-Fi access\.  Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self\-catering kitchen area for a fee\.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association\.  These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them\.
