The living room boasts a fireplace that is perfect for cool evenings in both summer and winter\. Guests can also access the private patio from the living area, and there is a queen sofa sleeper available for any smaller members in your group who may need an extra sleeping spot\.  Please be aware that there is no air conditioning\.
