## Description
This cozy retreat is perfect for small families, couples or solo travelers\.  The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a stove, microwave, fridge, pots, pans and cooking utensils, allows for easy meal preparation\. The spacious dining area connected to the kitchen and main living space, provides a comfortable setting for enjoying meals together\.
During chilly winter days and nights, as well as the occasional cool summer evening, a gas fireplace provides a welcoming ambiance\.  The living room furnishings offer a comfortable space to relax and enjoy the flat screen TV with convenient access to the private patio from this ground floor unit\.  The cozy couch also doubles as a queen sofa sleeper\. Please note that there is no air conditioning\.
The primary bedroom features a queen\-sized bed, a flat screen TV and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanity sinks and a tub/shower combination\.  The second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds and guests can utilize the second full bathroom located in the main hallway\.
Visitors can conveniently reach the complimentary town shuttle stop located just a few steps away from the condominium, as well as easily walk to the clubhouse amenities on the premises\.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi\-Fi access\.  Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self\-catering kitchen area for a fee\.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association\.  These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them\.
