Rated five stars, the fully renovated two bedroom condominium is sure to impress guests\.  The vacation rental features a modern kitchen equipped with pendant lighting, bright cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops\. The open\-concept design includes a living room and dining area, with a table that comfortably seats six\.  The living space is enhanced by a plush sofa and chair, complemented by a gas fireplace, a 42” flat screen TV and access to a private deck that provides stunning views of the Winter Park Ski Resort from the second floor\. Please note that there is no air conditioning\.
The primary bedroom is furnished with a King bed and a spacious 32” flat screen TV, providing an ideal spot for unwinding after a day of activities in Winter Park\.  It also includes an en\-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination and dual vanity sinks\.  The second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, perfect for singles or children\.  Another full bathroom is conveniently located in the main hallway of the unit\.
The Clubhouse is just a brief stroll away from this unit located in the second cul\-de\-sac of the property, with the free town shuttle stops conveniently located just a few steps away\.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi\-Fi access\.  Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self\-catering kitchen area for a fee\.
