An elegantly modernized kitchen boasts  new cabinets, appliances and countertops\.  The dining space can easily accommodate up to 6 individuals and is seamlessly integrated into the open layout of the main room\.  
The living room is furnished with new items, creating a perfect space to unwind and appreciate the tranquility of your mountain getaway\.  It features a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, sofa sleeper and access to a private deck\.  Situated on the second floor, the unit offers a picturesque view of the Winter Park Ski Resort and the surrounding forest\.
The perfect bedding for a family includes a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed and a twin in the second bedroom\.  The unit features two full bathrooms, one attached to the master bedroom and the other located in the main hallway\.  Additionally, all necessary linens, towels, dishware and cookware are included for your convenience\.   Please note that there is no air conditioning available in the unit\.
Within a two minute walk from the condominium, guests have access to the main clubhouse amenities, and the complimentary town shuttle halts at the of the pathway leading to the unit\.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi\-Fi access\.  Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self\-catering kitchen area for a fee\.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association\.  These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them\.
