This well\-appointed and recently renovated one bedroom one bathroom unit is conveniently situated near the town of Winter Park and is accessible via the complimentary town shuttle to Winter Park Resort\.  The rental is equipped with all essential amenities for a pleasant vacation, including a fully equipped kitchen complete with dishware and cookware suitable for meal preparation\.  The dining table accommodates up to six individuals, while the living area boasts a cozy couch and chair, complemented by a fireplace\. This third floor condominium, featuring vaulted ceilings in the main living space, is ideal for families, couples and individuals alike\. 
The primary bedroom is equipped with a Queen\-sized bed and a complete bathroom\.  Additionally, the living room features a sofa sleeper that can accommodate two more guests\. 
Take pleasure in the scenic vistas of Winter Park Resort from the exclusive deck adjacent to the living room, along with a complimentary town shuttle service\.  Please note that there is no air conditioning available\. 
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi\-Fi access\.  Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self\-catering kitchen area for a fee\.
