The primary bedroom is equipped with a king\-sized bed and an adjoining bathroom that has been updated to include granite countertops for the dual vanities, a tiled shower enclosure and slate tiled flooring\.  The second bedroom also contains a king sized bed\. Additionally, the living room features a queen sofa sleeper, providing extra sleeping accommodations\.  A second renovated bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway\.
Situated on the first floor of the structure, this unit offers convenient access for entry and exit\. The building is positioned in the upper cul de sac among buildings 15 to 20, and is within a brief walking distance to the clubhouse\.  Additionally, the complimentary town shuttle stops directly in front of the building\.
