## Description
Situated in the upper cul de sac of Beaver Village, this unit adjoins the forest, providing stunning views of the Winter Park Resort from the private balcony\. The second floor is bathed in natural light, enhancing its appeal\.  As an end unit, it offers a tranquil and secluded atmosphere\. 
The renovated kitchen is equipped to facilitate both a swift breakfast and an elaborate holiday feast\. This area is integrated with the dining space, which accommodates four individuals, along with additional seating available at the kitchen bar\. Beyond the dining area lies the living room, featuring a gas fireplace, a flat screen TV with a DVD player, and a private deck that includes a plumbed gas grill ensuring a continuous supply of gas for grilling while offering a view of the surrounding forest\.  Please note that there is no air conditioning\.  
The primary bedroom features a Queen\-sized bed and a complete bathroom\.  The second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, while the living room provides additional sleeping arrangements with a queen sofa sleeper\.  The second bathroom can be accessed from the main hallway\. 
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi\-Fi access\.  Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self\-catering kitchen area for a fee\.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association\.  These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them\.
