This one bedroom condominium offers everything necessary for a delightful vacation\.  The primary bedroom is equipped with a queen\-sized bed, a flat screen TV and full en\-suite bathroom\. 
A fully equipped kitchen features modern cookware, updated appliances, cabinets and countertops\.  A compact island accommodates seating for 2 and seamlessly connects to the dining area, which provides additional seating for 4\.  The living area includes a cozy sofa, perfect for enjoying the gas fireplace and flat screen TV\.  A private deck on the third floor presents a view of the Winter Park Ski Resort\.  Please note that there is no air conditioning\.
This location is a brief walk from the main clubhouse and is situated in building 16 which is positioned within the upper cul de sac of buildings 15 – 20\.  The complimentary town shuttle stop is just a few steps from the building’s entrance\.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi\-Fi access\.  Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self\-catering kitchen area for a fee\.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association\.  These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them\.
