## Description
This beautifully renovated two bedroom condominium enhances your Winter Park getaway significantly\.  Situated on the third floor, this unit features vaulted ceilings in the spacious open\-concept main area\.  The hardwood flooring throughout perfectly complements the stunning kitchen, which boasts new wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and countertops including a breakfast bar that accommodates four individuals\.  The dining area is equipped with a large table that comfortably seats up to six and is adorned with a sizable window that offers a picturesque view\.  Please note that there is no air conditioning\. 
The expansive living area features leather furniture, a gas fireplace, a flat screen TV and a private deck that offers views of the forest and Winter Park Ski Resort\.
The primary bedroom features a queen\-sized bed, a flat screen TV and an en\-suite bathroom equipped with a newly tiled shower enclosure and dual vanity sinks\.  The second bedroom includes a custom built twin bunk bed, while the updated second bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway\.
The structure is situated within the 15 to 20 cul\-de\-sac, just a brief stroll from the Clubhouse with the complimentary town shuttle stopping directly in front of the building\.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi\-Fi access\.  Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self\-catering kitchen area for a fee\.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association\.  These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them\.
