## Description
The hardwood flooring enhances the elegance of the kitchen, which features new wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances and countertops that include a breakfast bar accommodating four individuals\.  In the dining area, a spacious table can comfortably seat up to six people and is complemented by a large window that provides a scenic view\. Situated on the third floor of the building, this unit boasts vaulted ceilings in the open\-concept main room\.  The expansive living area is furnished with leather seating, a gas fireplace, a flat screen TV and a private deck that offers views of the forest and Winter Park Ski Resort\. Please note that there is no air conditioning\.
The primary bedroom features a queen\-sized bed, a flat screen TV and an en\-suite bathroom equipped with a newly installed tiled shower enclosure and dual vanity sinks\.  
The building is situated in a cul\-de\-sac that accommodates 15 to 20 residences, just a brief walk to the Clubhouse, with complimentary town shuttle stops conveniently located in front of the building\.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi\-Fi access\.  Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self\-catering kitchen area for a fee\.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association\.  These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a $200 fine imposed on guests who violate them\.
