## Description
Beaver Village Condominiums represent the ideal blend of comfort and convenience, situated a mere 1\.5 miles from the Ski Area, and only a five minute walk from the vibrant downtown shopping and dining district of Cooper Creek Square\.  In the summer, a bike path provides direct access from the property to the extensive mountain biking trail system in the Fraser Valley\. Additionally, all guests have the benefit of a complimentary town shuttle that stops right in front of the building\.
The living room features a gas fireplace, a 46" flat screen TV, a DVD player, and a queen\-size sofa bed\.  Additionally, it offers complimentary wireless internet access within the unit and a private balcony that provides a view of the wooded grounds of the complex from the second floor\.  Please note that there is no air conditioning available\.
The latest enhancements to the unit feature updated furnishings, appliances and flooring\. The kitchen boasts ample countertop space and cabinets, facilitating both storage and convenient meal preparation\.  Positioned between the kitchen and the living area, the dining area allows all guests to engage with one another comfortably\.
The primary bedroom features a king\-sized bed, a television and an adjoining full bathroom\.  The second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, and there is an additional full bathroom located in the hallway\. 
The \#18 building is conveniently located within a short walking distance to the main clubhouse and is situated in the 15 – 20 cul de sac of the overall property\.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi\-Fi access\.  Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self\-catering kitchen area for a fee\.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association\.  These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them\.
