## Description
Situated on the third floor for enhanced tranquility, this charming two bedroom unit features vaulted ceilings that provide ample natural light in the living space\.  It is furnished for comfort, making it an ideal setting for enjoying games, movies or your preferred TV programs on the flat screen TV, complemented by the warmth of the gas fireplace\.  Additionally, a private deck offers scenic views of the Winter Park Ski Resort\.  Please note that there is no air conditioning available\.
A fully equipped kitchen provides everything necessary; simply bring your groceries\!  It is adjacent to the dining area, which accommodates seating for up to six individuals\.
The primary bedroom features a queen\-sized bed, a flat screen tv and a complete bathroom\. The second bedroom contains two twin beds and has access to the bathroom located in the hallway\.
The condominium is situated within the 15 to 20 cul\-de\-sac, just a brief  stroll from the Clubhouse in building \#19\.  Additionally, a complimentary town shuttle stop is merely a few steps from the front entrance\.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi\-Fi access\.  Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self\-catering kitchen area for a fee\.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association\.  These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them\.
