If you are in search of a newly renovated condominium that offers tranquility during your next holiday, this unit is ideal for you\.  Situated on the top floor and positioned as an end unit, this location within the building ensures a greater degree of privacy from other neighboring residents\.
The property underwent a comprehensive renovation in the fall of 2022, featuring new paint, flooring, and furnishings throughout\.  Additionally, the kitchen has been fully remodeled and dedicated high\-speed internet is available\. 
The living room features a vaulted ceiling that enhances the influx of delightful Colorado sunlight, creating a serene environment perfect for enjoying the wood burning fireplace or the flat screen TV\.
The dining space offers ample seating and is conveniently located adjacent to the renovated kitchen which is equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils, and modern appliances\.  
The primary bedroom is equipped with a King\-sized bed, a futon, a flat screen TV with a DVD player and an adjoining full bathroom\.
