Additionally, a  private deck offers a secondary space for unwinding and appreciating the surroundings; situated on the third floor, it ensures tranquility with no occupants above to disrupt the serenity\.  Please note that there is no air conditioning available\.
The primary bedroom is equipped with a  king\-sized bed, ample space, a flat screen TV and a modernized bathroom that boasts granite countertops, new cabinetry and updated flooring\. The second bedroom also includes a queen\-sized bed and a private bathroom, which has been similarly updated with granite countertops, new cabinetry and flooring\.
Building 20 is situated at the upper end of the 15 to 20 cul\-de\-sac on the property, within a brief walking distance to the Clubhouse and just a few steps from the complimentary town shuttle stop\.
