> This cozy, spotless condo features private bedrooms and baths, fresh linens, a pleasant back porch and easy parking, with an extremely responsive and helpful host\. Ideally located steps from Beech Mountain’s lifts and summer stage with lovely nature views \(including deer from the patio\), it makes a great base for skiing and concerts, though there is no air conditioning—rooms can be warm in summer—and a few amenities and fixtures show wear or may be outdated\.
