Amazing Location\!  This five\-bedroom, five\-bathroom pool home is central to Captiva Village, marinas, restaurants, shops and live music\. This home had recently been updated with new furnishings and décor, new stairs, new carpet, and the wood floors have been redone\. The pool is new with new tile, new landscaping, and new exterior décor and the house has been freshly painted\.A large kitchen with an open living, dining room, high ceilings, and a screened\-in pool\.  The five bedrooms have ample room for all guests to relax after a day at the pool or beach\.  Just a 5\-minute walk \(\.1 mile\) to gorgeous Captiva Beaches\!The elevator is not available for guests\.Property Manager will only book reservations up to 51 weeks in advance\.All our properties have contact\-free check\-in, no need to stop at the office \(or a stop light none of those here\)\!
