Due to the layout and for safety considerations, the villa welcomes guests aged 16 and older\.

The villa is also equipped with a battery backup power system that will seamlessly activate during power outages so guests can continue to enjoy a comfortable stay\. For extended battery life during outages, we do suggest limiting AC use when possible\. \~
