LIVING SPACE \- Spacious 1300\+ sq ft home with living room, family room, dining table, bar seating, a smart TV, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating\. 

ROOMS & BEDS \- 3 bedroom, 2\.5 bath\. Downstairs first bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and bath\. Downstairs second bedroom has a double bed\. Downstairs third bedroom has a double bed\. Extra blankets and pillows are available\.

KITCHEN \- Stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more\. 

AMENITIES \- Family room with mountain views\. Direct TV with Netflix along with fast Wifi, board games, and card games\. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace\. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer\.

OUTDOORS \- Front upper deck with gas barbecue\. Walk to the Village and just minutes to ski slopes, golf, lake, zoo, shops, restaurants, and more\.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99\.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people\. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person\. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance \- overoccupancy could result in a fine or non\-refundable eviction\.
