Welcome to the Bermuda Bay Club\!



This 3 bedroom/2\.5 bath townhome is conveniently located in the Bermuda Bay Club complex with water views from the upstairs balcony\. The Bermuda Bay Club community stretches from Gulf to Bay and is just a flip flop walk across the street to the white sandy beaches of Bradenton Beach\. The complex has a large, heated pool to swim a few laps and a hot tub to relax\. From the pool area, you can stroll down the mangrove lined boardwalk to the Bay where you can try your luck at fishing, take in the scenery and wildlife sitting on the dock overlooking the Intercoastal\. You can enjoy your catch of the day prepared on the propane community grill and head back to the Gulf after dinner and enjoy the famous island sunsets\! Sounds like a perfect day\! Bermuda Bay Club is offering something for everyone for a wonderful Anna Maria Island vacation destination\!



The townhome 1427 offers everything needed: from the private garage, you can enter the home and head up to the main living area where you will find a full\-size kitchen, dining area and over\-sized living room\. The kitchen is fully equipped to make a quick snack or a full course meal\. This level also offers balconies where you can enjoy sipping on your morning coffee or alfresco dining\. One balcony is located off the dining area the other is located right off the living room and is complete with dining and lounging area and water glimpses of the beach and Bay\. On the top level, you will find the primary bedroom that features a king\-size bed, flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom and private balcony\. Both guest rooms are on this third floor as well and have flat screen TVs and are adjacent to the full bath\. This unit also offers full\-size washer & dryer, beach cart/chairs and Wi\-Fi throughout and a ping pong table in the garage for family entertainment\.
