Dining area features seating for six\.  Brand new fully equipped kitchen includes granite counters, new cabinets and breakfast bar\.   Master bedroom with newly renovated en suite bathroom and large walk\-in closet features king\-size bed with new mattress and plenty of drawer space\.  The fully renovated second bathroom is adjacent to the guest bedroom\.  Both bedrooms have 32\-inch flat\-screen satellite TVs with DVD players\.  Both lanais feature new furniture for casual dining or relaxing\.  Other amenities include ceiling fans throughout, central air, linens, and a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee\.
