Triton's Castle, a four bedroom 2 bathroom unit with two private, breathtaking decks and spectacular views of Belmont Park along with a gas grill\. Mermaids Cove, a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit with a patio just outside the front door with a grill, making for an easy going grilling and dining experience\. PROPERTY LAYOUT: Mermaid's Cove \(Bottom Unit\) Description: This is the ground level to a duplex\. The first bedroom has a queen bed with a flat screen TV\. The second bedroom has a queen bed along with a twin folding bed and flat screen TV\. The third bedroom has one twin and one double bed with an en\-suite bathroom\. The spacious and inviting open floor plan include the living room, dining area and kitchen, it also connects a side patio with the rest of the condo\.
