## Description
‘Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single level cabin is on 1 acre and sits directly on the Florida River offering privacy and seclusion along with amazing fishing\.  The cabin is adjacent to BLM land offering even more river frontage to the west\. There is also a small neighborhood lake just a short walk away that features a beach and more fishing as well as paddle boarding etc\.

Its hard to believe the cabin is less then 15 minutes from historic downtown Durango\.

The cabin has a fantastic covered deck next to the river and features all the standard amenities including super fast Starlink WIFI, Cable TV, washer/dryer and nostalgic western memorabilia as well as amazing paintings the owner painted\.

Bed Configuration:
Bedroom 1 \- Queen with Ensuite Bath \(main level\)
Bedroom 2 \- Queen \(main Level\)
Bedroom 3 \- Double \(main level\)

Consistent with most Colorado mountain resorts, the cabin does not offer air\-conditioning\.  Additionally, the cabin is not pet friendly, so please do not bring the furry friends\. 

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied \(Excludes Christmas/New Years\)\.
 
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer \(white water rafting, horseback riding etc\.\) and winter \(ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc\.\) activities\.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation\. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s\.
