Big Bear Retreat is perfect for everyone\. Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear walking distance to the lake and just a short drive to the village\. This charming cabin comes equipped with everything you need for a memorable mountain getaway\!

LIVING SPACE \- Cozy 900 sq ft home with living room, game room, dining table, a smart TV, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating\.

ROOMS & BEDS \- 2 bedroom, 2 bath\. Upstairs first bedroom has a double bed\. Upstairs second bedroom has two twin beds\. Living room has a sleeper sofa\. Extra blankets and pillows are available\. 

KITCHEN \- Granite countertops, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more\. 

AMENITIES \- Game room with foosball table\. Cable TV with Netflix, along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games\. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace\. Laundry room with stackable washer/dryer\.

OUTDOORS \- Gas barbecue and comfortable seating\. Enjoy the back deck and fenced yard\.

PARKING \- 2 car driveway

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99\.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people\. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person\. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund\.
