There are new Roku TVs in the bedrooms, don't forget to bring your streaming login information\. The unit also includes high\-speed WIFI internet to keep you connected\.Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen will put any chef at home when you want to cook in instead of going to a restaurant\. Upgraded appliances, granite countertops, and all the tools of the trade await you\.Bedrooms:\#1 The spacious ground floor primary suite features a four\-poster king\-sized bed, overhead fan with remote control, HD TV, reading area, and direct access to the lanai\. The large primary bathroom includes a deep jetted bathtub, standalone shower, dual sinks, skylight, and walk\-in closet\.\#2 One upstairs bedroom has a king\-size bed, HD TV, and overhead fan and access to a full shower/tub bathroom\.\#3 The other upstairs bedroom has two twin beds, overhead fan, HD TV, and access to a full shower/tub bathroom\.Laundry Room: A laundry room with full\-sized washer and dryer is located downstairs next to the kitchen\.Lanai and Grounds: Sliding glass doors open from the living room and the primary bedroom to a private, covered lanai with a built\-in Viking gas grill, counter space with a sink, and outdoor dining area\. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve\.\*Please note: This two\-story home has an open lanai downstairs and is not child\-proof\. It does include a full bathroom and bedroom on the first floor and includes central AC\.Per The Onsite:\*\*The pool gazebo project has been granted all its final approvals and we can confirm that construction will start the first week of May\.  The timeframe for the work will be 6 weeks, weather permitting\.For the most part, the work will not disrupt life at the Fairways but folks should understand that there will be some construction noise when they break up the existing concrete base of each gazebo\. There will be the usual noises of saws and hammers\.There will be a few times when the pool will be closed\. This will be limited as much as possible to the days when equipment is brought into the pool area for demolition and then pouring of the concrete\. Even then, the pool will be open all weekends and afternoons after 4\.The gazebo area that is being worked on will be roped off to ensure people using the pool will stay away at a safe distance\.Please make note of the interruption to pool usage and ensure your company and on\-island manager is aware that there will be pool use disruption during the month of May\.\*\*
