No front desk check\-in is required\.This three bedroom and 2 baths offer a resort\-style living that offers expansive ocean views, great for sunsets from the living area lanai or the master bedroom and guest's room upstairs\.Upon entry, you are welcomed by a spacious living area and an open floor plan\. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the gadgets a home chef needs\. Enjoy the black stainless appliances, soft\-close cabinets, and granite countertops\. Keep the cook company, and be part of the conversation as you sit at the bar area\. The living area is open to the kitchen, where you can watch cable TV or stream a movie from your favorite app on the large Smart TV\.The large dining area has a table for four so you can dine inside or enjoy the spacious layout of the room and have a family game night\. There are two working stations, so you can work remotely or jump on a Zoom call\. Enjoy the high\-speed internet and the printer for guest's use\. The full bathroom is located in the hallway with a bathtub and shower\.Ideally located within a short walk to Kahalu'u Beach Park, and you will have access to beach equipment: beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, boogie boards, beach toys, and coolers\. This townhome is truly a resort living at its finest in a great location\.Please note: This is a two\-story home with no bedrooms or showers located on the main floor and is not fully accessible for those with disabilities\. While we also welcome children, the home has an open lanai downstairs and is not childproof\.
