Enter into this tudor\-style home to find an updated 1940s home, with room for the whole family to hang out\. Through the comfortable great room, you'll find a fully\-stocked kitchen with all the essentials for cooking a full meal\. Out the kitchen door to the backyard, you'll find a gas grill, outdoor dining area and room for your pup to roam\.

Turn on the twinkle lights to enjoy an evening in the hot tub, or relax with a beverage on the outdoor furniture\.

There are two bedrooms on the main floor, both featuring a comfy king\-sized bed and large walk\-in closet\. There is a shared full bathroom\.

Downstairs, you'll find our newest renovations \- The Tangerine Room, with King bed, and the Super Mario themed Game Room with 2 twins\! These rooms are naturally cooler for those warm sleepers\.  You'll also find full washer & dryer in the basement, as well as a full bathroom with shower\. 

You'll have full access to the home and the yard\. No garage or studio access\.  Ring doorbell camera on front monitors audio/video\. Ring camera on garage monitors parking & alley\.
