\~️ Any property damage must be reported immediately for prompt replacement/repair
\~Forgotten items must be reported within 24 hours to arrange retrieval \(the $35 handling fee will be deducted from the security deposit\)

Your furry friend is welcome with these requirements:
\~️ Dog Allowed \(1 under 35 lbs with prior approval \+ non\-refundable $60/night pet fee\)
\- Must be crate trained and confined when unattended
\- All pet waste must be collected in provided bags, sealed, and disposed of in proper trash receptacles

\~ RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS
To finalize your booking and ensure the understanding of the house rules for both safety and enjoyment of all guests, the following are required:
\- Completed and signed rental agreement
\- Valid government\-issued identification on file
\- Point of Contact form
\- Security Deposit: $300 authorization hold \(automatically released a few days post\-checkout if no issues\)
