Coffee and other consumable items are provided for up to 4 days \- guests for longer stays will need to re\-stock these items\. This is a wonderful quiet residential neighborhood with neighbors we know and love, please respect the house and the neighbors\! Option 2: Security Deposit \($4,500\) \- Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay\.
